No, we're not going to South America for this excursion! It's a Swiss rocky ridge that we'll be touring on this magnificent hike in the Vaud Pre-Alps, between the Diablerets and Muverans mountains. A varied landscape and environment awaits us on this loop, between pastures, marshy areas and rocks.
This hike through a limestone landscape takes us into a very special natural world: a huge, stepped lapiaz. We'll learn more about this geological feature, and enjoy breathtaking views of the Aï and Mayen Towers and Lake Geneva below.
